Ingredients: |
- 1 cup rice flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup potato starch
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup soy flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup corn oil
- 4 small ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 Tbsp water

- Pre heat your oven to 350f
- Mix flours, starch and baking powder.
- Blend together eggs, sugar, salt, oil and water.
- Blend in the mashed bananas.
- Stir in the dry ingredients.
- Pour into an 8 1/2 x 4-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350f degrees for 1 hour.
